Formula

TF = TC × 9⁄5 + 32
°C → °F
°F = °C × 9⁄5 + 32
°F → °C
°C = (°F − 32) × 5⁄9
°C → K
K = °C + 273.15
K → °C
°C = K − 273.15
°C → °R
°R = (°C + 273.15) × 9⁄5
°R → °C
°C = (°R − 491.67) × 5⁄9

Every conversion routes through Celsius. That keeps four scales consistent with just two formulas per unit — one in, one out. The ratio for °C → °F is constant (1 °C = 1.8 °F), but Kelvin and Rankine are absolute, so an offset is added to align the zero point.
